We focus on investments in niche industries that demonstrate high recurring income, counter cyclical characteristics, and high cash conversion to ensure downside protection in a constantly changing economic environment. 

We believe that management teams are fundamental to the success of any investment and thus we look to partner with experienced and driven management teams, either that exist within the business today or who we find to join our investments. 

We typically invest in businesses valued between £10 million and £100 million, with an EBITDA of up to £10 million, and take a control position.
